Hi all,
I have some wishes ... but don't know if they can be realised !
You already have in your directory a pdf reader (SUMATRA PDF) but unfortunately I'm completely unable to use it as my screen reader is totally incompatible with it.
As Adobe Reader is a free app I would like to know if it could be possible to make it portable.
Another wish about OpenOffice.
You also have OpenOffice among your PortableApps.
Well we already have Abi word which is great for people that want to get work done and not take up space with open office. The other parts of gnome have help creators of linux fit more software with its lightweight design. Check it out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnome_office . It would be better than open office for some people.
Why not, it's one of my favorite freewares and its great for making tutorials and recording internet material as well.
Program: Picasa 3

Every time you open Picasa, it automatically locates all your pictures (even ones you forgot you had) and sorts them into visual albums organised by date. You can edit and add effects to your photos with a few clicks. You can share your photos with others, arrange your albums. It is fast, easy and free.
Program: Brain Workshop
License: GNU General Public License (GPL)
Description: Brain Workshop is a Python implementation of the Dual N-Back mental exercise. This exercise is the only mental activity that has been scientifically shown to improve your short-term memory (working memory) and fluid intelligence.
My company locked down laptops that I can no longer run Portable XAMPP to use web based open source customer relationship management (CRM) for personal customer and activity management.
Are there any suggestions for an open source, portable application to meet these needs? does not have to be anything fancy. I only need to track open sales opportunities, customer activity and customer contacts.
Thanks in advance.
What is this program:
source: http://www.eusing.com/ipswitch/free_ip_switcher.htm
Whenever mobile user moves to different network, has to change particular IP address, gateway address, subnet mask, proxy server and default printer, etc., to particular network environment. In order to do it, he has to remember TCP/IP settings information of every network. Also, he has to reboot the computer to apply it to the system and to access the Internet.
I saw some posts about wxDev-C++, but nobody followed this topic. Is there any reason why you decided to continue with Code::Blocks as the preferred C++ IDE for PortableApps.com, and not wxWidgets? I'm asking because I like wxDev-C++ that lets you develop easily from very simple pure C apps to cross platform wxWidgets.
This software is free and OSS and is under the GPL license.
