Got a suggestion for an app that should be portable? Post it here.
I'm new here, so I might have this in the wrong forum.
Program: Nestopia 1.40
License: Open Source/GPL 2
Description: Nintendo Entertainment Emulator
Website: http://nestopia.sourceforge.net/
Dowload: http://sourceforge.net/projects/nestopia/files/Nestopia/v1.40/Nestopia14...
Other: I only found one registry setting about a DirectX handler. (I think!)
Hi I love this site and use many of the programs listed here.
Anyway I realise there is already a program of this type i.e. "Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel" however I believe WinCDEmu would be better.
I found this on their website indicating that
"WinCDEmu includes a kernel driver for virtual CD bus. Without having the driver installed, no machine will be able to mount the images. Installing the driver every time for the image and uninstalling afterwards would cause ~30sec. delays for every image, that is not feasible."
I sow some portable software download sites introduce "Norton Security Scan" software. Its very usefull to us. So i request please introduce Portable apps suite to "Norton security scan" application.
Introduce Norton free virus gurd to Portable apps suite. I sow that type of software in the internet.
I think all google appliction include Portable apps suite. Because they are very popular.
I think Anti Vir anti virus software include portable apps suite.
I belive Portable apps suite should include " Iobit " softwares. Like iobit download accelarator, smart defrag, advance system care etc. Because they are very popular softwares
Hello everyone!
I like that you develop a portable version of avast! antivirus.
This antivirus is very useful and is free.

Pardon my ignorance on this issue, I'm a techie novice. I see on this page http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Installing_on_MoWeS_Portable_%28Win...
that MoWeS Portable includes MediaWiki which can be run from a stick. And I see that someone here at PortableApps installed Portable XAMPP Lite and MediaWiki, but it's not clear to me if this can integrate fully with PortableApps. Seems like if it were that simple, it would be listed on the page of portable apps.
