Request Apps

Ok, some of you might know that I am a guy that makes the apps I want portable, but I am a bit tired since I have been doing ALOT. So anyways I would like a N64 Emulator made portable. I don't know what would be a good one (I don't even know the name of ANY N64 Emulators).

If no one wants to do one, just tell me of a good one (preferably one powerful and simple, like VisualBoyAdvance (basically I want a N64 emulator that does the job as good as VBA does its job for emulating GBA games)) and I will make it myself and I will have another project! ^_^ and T_T

Anyone know a Portable eBook Compiler?

Wasn't sure if this was the right forum or not, but I have a bunch of PDFs that I want to convert to something else so I can throw them on Google Docs and free up massive USB space. Anyone know of something freeware that I could use for this?

After searching (and found not even a single mention in any thread)... I'm writing to request a game, AssaultCube... it already can be run as portable (unzipping on PDrive and running from there) but it doesn't keep the settings/profile so a launcher is needed...

Can anybody do it?

May i suggest a open source audio extractor. I have been looking for an extractor for a while now and i keep hearing post bout Audio editing programs. i see we have 2 already but i haven't seen one that could extract audio form video. Maybe some one could look in to this. AoA Audio Extractor. it is free and open source and also under the GPL license. it is also 3Mb small enough to fit on a usb flashdrive.

Open office.org 2.3 is out! will that be portable soon or will there be more testing first?

So I have this copy of Picaview that I've had for a while now and it is the greatest little tool ever! It lets you right click image files for a preview...sound simple, but if you're into image manipulation or download a lot of images, this program is a God-send.

Is there a way to put this on my portableapps?

It runs from the shell menu obviously, so I'm not sure if it needs to register DLLs or what the process is for getting this program to even work standalone.

Most of the commands in Scilab are similar to those in Matlab, the only downside I've encountered so far is Scilab has lower stack memory. But what the heck, it's free! Its the thing we use in our Digital Signal Processing and Image Processing Courses, and it works fine. It would be great to have it in the portableapps.com format.
