Windows Post-Install Wizard Launcher

Submitted by Envido32 on November 15, 2007 - 2:18pm

Windows Post-Install Wizard (WPI for short) is a hypertext application designed for giving users choice. While Windows does offer many ways of customizing the setup process out of the box, the major drawback is the lack of being able to select which applications an end user may install. In the past, end users and administrators needed to either download the files manually, or create overly complex scripts that could only be used once. WPI allows you to create one image, which can then be custom configured, and optionally, automated, so that end users can install any applications.

PLEASE can anyone create "Frets On Fire" as portable app or can create a launcher?

FretsOn Fire is an opensource Guitar Hero Clone. i know the version 1.2.512 is out now but please use the version 1.2.451 , so then i can use my GuitarHero Mod (it doesnt work with 1.2.512)

the program runs from my USB stick BUT it is creating a userconfig Data (or what ever) on the host computer with all the settings like screensize, language, mod...

Portable Firewall

Hi Guys, I really believe that a field of software that is very lacking in the portable area is that of firewalls. I want to see a firewall that can restrict both program and ports access properly and detects these things automatically, but can be configured to your needs. Essentially, it would be nice to have a suite so that any computer you plug your USB/External HDD into could become a 'secure zone', i.e. safe from virus, program threats, and network threats.
