Hello, is it possible for someone to package gcc into a portable folder with notepad++?

And when you press F5, npp has the ability to run an exe with commandline args.

I was hoping someone could put both GCC and Npp in a nice easy portable package.

The purpose is for writing C/C++ on Windows PCs, and having them compile for Linux.

I'm looking for a bookmark manager that I can run from a hardrive on Windows XP on my home computer, and from my USB flash drive, and requiring that nothing be installed on my work computer. The bookmark manager should operated indepentdently from a web browser such has IE 8 or FireFox.
