Request Apps

i have been using a CRM sw called vtiger. in fact i always wanted a portable CRM sw, basically that can store my complete list of contacts, store all transactions that happen with the client, & give me various reports, which i can use daily. & off course i wanted it to be open source. moreover i wanted that it should use my portable thunderbird datastore for contacts.

vtiger is a web based product & works on the wamp / lamp architecture. the installation is a bit elaborate exercise, but the new version in beta ver 5.x works beautifully. it does satisfy most of my requirements. however i wanted a portable version. i did manage to locate a portable version made by some french company, & am using that version, though it is older version, & it seems that not much work or development is happening to maintain the portable version. further i could not locate any forums to view my opinion or problems or suggestions. vtiger forums for a portable product might not get the desired attention.

I got it how about Portable DesktopX Builder(www.desktopx.net)! Huh? Ya I am sure theres copyright stuff but just a cool idea. Maybe someone can make it portable or give instructions.

Unlocker is a great little utility. As a pc tech I use this frequently and it makes gettign rid of malware and viruses a lot easier. I would love to see this application as a Portable Application.

Is it possiable for someone to make Stardock ObjectDock(www.objectdock.com) portable?
The free version maybe or even the full version. Maybe the free version would be eaiser, cause of licenses and stuff. Im new to this stuff so dont pick on me. lol

i use Blender a lot and i would like to have it Portable.

I read how to make BartPE launch from USB but I also read that u need the Windows 2003 SP1 for 2 files. Since I have dialup its impossible for me to download the whole file (c.350mb) so can someone please send me those 2 files needed only pleeeease????

TrueCrypt can work as a travel model. I think it has no problem to be a portable software. Portable project needs some encrypt softwares.

I think it's a good free C/C++ compiler. But the official website doesn't offer a complete package any more. I suggest add it into the portable project.

One little thing about me is that I like to download all my portable apps as the zip files. I have some other portable apps as well, such as DeepBurner portable, that is already made (portable apps are the best thing to happen EVER). The thing is, I get stuck when I need to install an unzipper, and the only good unzippers I know of are winrar and 7zip, but both are installers. I think that a portable self-extracting 7zip program should be developed as well.
