Any chance of this being made into a portable app?

Hey Guys im new to the forums so just wanted to introduce myself first of all. Im Razor nice to meet u all. Anyways i have found this freeware disk defragmenter its only 1.41MB zipped when i install it and look at the folder under program files i dont notice any registry entries so i think it will run from a USB KEY i think its a great lil program i use it instead of the standard windows xp disk defragger. can sombody please check it out and see if they can make it a portable app. There is also a OPTIMIZE function in the app but i think thats for the paid users once u upgrade but the actual defragging functionality of the program is free.

With the XAMPP lite webserver suite being portable its possible to take your website with you where ever you go.

The only problem is you need a dynamic IP service and client like no-ip or dydns to point to the server, since it will be moved from computer to computer. It would be extremely handy if you could have an ap like this running from your portable device.

I have just come across a office sweet that has suite that includes:
i) A word processor creator with tables, frames and templates and .doc compatable
ii) A spreadsheet creator which supports multi-sheets and auto-fit printing and .xls compatable
iii) A photo-editor with layers, filters, 'red-eye'reduction, and support for 25 graphic file formats
iv) A Photo-album which organizes and maintains lists of your digital pictures
v) A Presentation creator which is .ppt compatable
vi) A Database creator which is .mdb compatable
vii) A PDF creator.

Best of all once the dll's and exe's are compressed it less than 20MB although it does cost about $50.

This would be in the multimedia section. This is an open sourced program, so I should work out splendidly. Last.FM is a personal streaming radio. I use it everyday at school and it is quite nice. I don't think it would be too difficult to turn into a portable app (I am already using it on my jumpdrive) but the newest version seems to need to install certain files on the computer in order to work.
