"Super Flexible File Synchronizer" seems to the best synchronization utility I've found yet, but is not freeware.
Or should I look into a simple backup utility.
I move Total Commander on my USB drive. Has changed ini file location (as default in Windows directory) and in all plugin set path %COMMANDER_PATH%\plugin.
The best file manager always with me.

Do you know Shinux?
It is a Gnu/linux OS available on a usb flash key, downloadable for free, you can buy a key, too.
I didn't test it, but why not register there?
How about porting this?

Would be nice to have access to my WebDAV store while away and synchonice data, maybe even backup the changes on the usb stick...
