I couldn't find any modern versions of the Safari browser. Is there a portable version for Windows 11? Can you make one?

It would be terrific if some PA-savvy person would make it available as a much beloved PortableApps-PAF...

Of the Chromium variants Vivaldi is least offensive, in terms of Privacy.

It would be most expedient if someone would kindly direct me to:

This is a utility with a graphical user interface and a command line interface that can be used to view and extract the contents of an MSI file.

Because I frequently use `lessmsi` to extract MSI files, I couldn't find a portable PAF version.

The portable version is also unreliable, so I'm sending this request.
