Make OpenLaszlo portable
OpenLaszlo is an open source alternative to Adobe Flash. It does the same things as Adobe Flash does such as animations.

Program: Stepmania 3.9 Final, 3.9+ (currently being developed), 4.0 CVS/SVN (again, in development)
License: Open Source, Creative Commons
Description: Dance Dance Revolution simulator, playable with both a dance pad or keyboard.

I'm sorry if this seems a little redundant, but I have been using Kompozer for a while and it still has a few bugs that I can't get around. For example, it expects ALL pages to have a "title". CSS pages don't have titles. Also, the CSS tool is crap. I know that on Linux, I had a good time with Bluefish, but I can't run Linux at the library(not even a live distro) and my computer is down for the count with a fried power supply. Does anyone know how to compile Bluefish so that it will work on Windows and only write to it's own directory?
Program: UltraDefrag
License: Open Source/Freeware
Description: UltraDefrag is an Open Source disk defragmentation tool that offers fast defragmenting, using a kernel based driver. It offers a simple GUI with a cluster map display, as well as a command-line interface and scheduling option. The program supports full defragmentation and space defragmentation (compacting), and allows you to include/exclude files or folders based on their name or size. Other features include HTML reports and boot time defragmentation.

qGo setup tries to modify the registry but the changes it fails to make as an unprivileged user don't cause a problem, so drop them.
UniConvertor converts several different vector graphics formats into others. This premise is absolutely magic in the graphic design context.
I don't know if it's portable, it can't be installed in Windows.
License is LGPL, I don't know what that means.
I was wondering if there was a way to add a program to the Portable Apps menu that was not installed through portable apps, but is on my Jump Drive.
It would be very nice to have a portable version of the Java Development Kit or the Java Runtime Environment/Java Virtual Machine made. Then we would finally have a solution for all of these Java problems (it would also open new doors in app development, like some I am exploring).
The source code for the JDK/JRE/JVM (i think the JDK) has been released. To my knowledge it is called Open JDK and is a developer/open source project to improve Sun's Java binaries.

I think that this messenger should be portable
