Is there a portable app that includes an instant messaging feature that would work over a local area network?

example: bluefish, netbeans, programmer's notepad2, dev-php2

does somebody knows if a mouse and keyboard recorder exist as portable apps to be able to play the recorded actions on a specific hour and days ?
