Chrome 4!

Chrome 4 stable was released today. It'd be awesome to have a Portable version! Largely because enabling extensions in 4 beta was a bitch. So now we can have extensions natively, on the stable release Smile

I would love an irssi portable, it seems simple enough for me to make it myself, but if someone could beat me to it, then do so Smile

AllDup - Find and remove duplicate files

AllDup is a freeware tool for searching and removing file duplicates on your Windows computer.

I am occasionally using AllDup already since quite some time and I like this tool so much that I would like to see it integrated into the portable apps suite.

Often you want to search for duplicates on different computers and the it would be great to be able to use it without needing to install it first.

portable application that can write-protect a USB Flash Disk?

Like a 3½-inch floppy disk and other USB Flash Disks, they have write-protect capabilities, for the USB, it's a write-protect switch, unfortunately, my USB doesn't have a write-protect switch...

Is there a portable application that can write-protect a USB Flash Disk?

Because when I'm viewing a video or viewing a document, on my USB, I would like it, if my USB is write-protected, so it is protected from viruses and malware that tend to add themselves on USBs...
