Ruby Portable (and how to do it manualy)

I would love to see Ruby (Language made portable)
Though it is possible it isn't very practical.

Ruby is an open-source coding language.

I would only like to see a portable version of the basic materials to run it in the Command Prompt Portable application.
In other words I would love to see the process below automated. With the exception of Notepad++ being optional.

quakelive plugin

i enjoy playing a game called quakelive only everywhere i go if the plugin is not installed i have to do it. only sometimes i dont have sufficiant privliges or something is wrong it would just be easier if the plugin could be portable is this possible at all

I've found a previous thread on how to make Aptana Studio 1.5 portable, but the instructions don't work for Aptana Studio 2.0. I would love to see this open source application made into a PortableApps.com Portable Application if possible.
