HDD Guardian would make a good addition to PortableApps.
It comes in a portable version.
HWMonitor would be a very useful addition to PortableApps.
this is fully open source software that allows you to see where all your space is gone to.
rather useful.
Hello,
I have been searching high and low for a portable, simple, straightforward Win32 image viewer. I have found many that will catalog every image on my drive and some that will put them all into pretty spirals and shapes.
The application that I am searching for will not catalog and it will not scroll to the next picture in a specific directory tree or even show that other trees exist at all. I would like to be able to click on a single image file and have that image appear on the screen.
Hi all,
I have the MS project 2010 portable, however i get an error msg
the application was unable to load a required component: MSVCP90.dll.
I am running windows 7 ultimate 54bit.
can some 1 perhaps give it a go and see if there is a work around this?
OR alternatively suggest a similar program. cheers
I need open port cheker and found this:
http://www.pcwintech.com/simple-port-tester
This tool can check UDP port, not only TCP.
I know, we have a whole lot of code editors now, but you can never have too much right?
This one is called Atom. I believe it's open source. It's new and looks very modern, much like Brackets but not from Adobe.
You can find the app here:
https://atom.io/
And the source can be found here:
https://github.com/atom/atom
Thanks all.
I really need a VNC/RDP server, as I cannot manage to make the one included in Win8.1/10TP to work... (and, apparently, some versions of Win8/Win8.1 simply do not include this feature!!!)
I've seen there has already been discussion in 2006 about providing a VNC (client?) in the PortablesApps platform. However, I can't find any such app when I search in my installation.
