as signal is pretty much the best single messenger i propose it also in the name of Am18, who proposed it elsewhere.
if we find a native multi-messennger for at least signal, skype, viber and wire, it would be to priorize by creating.
one powerful native multi-messenger would be the goal, then single signal could be skiped.
