Request Apps Guidelines

Premise:
Posters frequently ask for a portable version of a certain software. Usually this is a common type of software that leaves settings or files in some part of the local PC if it is not modified.

John or one of the many frequent visitors to the forums might possibly see if that software can be modified and made portable or not.

Some guidelines:

I'm K4sum1, the developer of r3dfox. I'm probably not going to make my own portable version as it's not something I would use. There is already an unofficial portable version, but it has done suspicious stuff in the past. I would prefer if there was something safer that I can endorse without needing to worry. That's what I'm asking for here. My fork is currently the only Firefox fork to support Windows 7 that I know of. Please make a portable version.

The bookxnote software is known as MarginNote on the windows platform, and the most important thing is that it is free.
I hope there will be a portable version that can be used by more people and in more scenarios.

Due to insufficient language proficiency, Google Translate was used for the above content. Please forgive me if there are any inaccuracies in expression.
