coffeecup free html editor

It would be very nice to have this app as a portable app so you could take your websites and not have to set it up again every time you use a different machine.

It would also be good for students if they can not install this app in a college's computer lab. (I'll be teaching an HTML class in the spring, and having this app as a portable app would come in very handy)

Thanks for this site! It's VERY useful!

TV listing software

Submitted by Alcasar on November 30, 2009 - 4:34pm

I don't know if it would be possible to have a portable Xmltv format tv listing viewer.

I'v found lots of info here:
http://wiki.xmltv.org/index.php/Main_Page
and softwares here:
http://wiki.xmltv.org/index.php/XmltvRelatedProjects
but i couldn't manage to make any of those work from my USB key.

If anyone could figure out how, i'd be happy and i'm sure i wouldn't be the only one.

Thanks

I've read that it was possible to install easyPhP on a USB key. I suppose it is so a possibly "portable apps" isn't it?
As I didn't find very usefull information on how perform the insatllation of EasyPhP on a USB key, the best solution would be to have a "Portable Apps" package...

Thanks a lot!

portable photographic printing software

Submitted by gregnovella on November 29, 2009 - 10:06pm

is there anyway that PortableApps.com can develop a portable photographic printing application, where you can simply load your photos inside the application, choose photo size templates, e.g. 3R, 4R, 5R, etc, and print the photos on glossy paper...

If anyone knows a good free portable photographic printing application, please post it, thank you...

Folder Colors

Submitted by kjbrand on November 29, 2009 - 3:36pm

I would like to know if there is a small program available that will allow changing folder colors in Vista. I have searched the forum and didn't find (or possible I missed) anything like I am looking for. In the applications page, I did see IcoFXportable, but didn't see anything in the description that had what I needed. If I am wrong, please let me know.

Website: http://me.codeplex.com/

License: GNU GPLv2

Description: MouseExtender is a cosy utility with shortcuts to programs, folders and system functions (Control panel, Restart and Shutdown).
This program allows you to improve your productivity. It is extremely simple and fully customizable.

It is a great application that I would love to see in the PA.com Format. I can't seem to get it to work they way I want to and have it drop all the files in the correct spots =\
The few files I dropped I can't fine anymore. It might help you to know that I was trying to use relative paths...but I guess this lil app does not support those. That would be a great addition of some sort.
