Firefox Portable

I was browsing my Firefox Portable configuration settings under about:config and noticed that all of the printers that I have been using are stored there. I set the print.save_print_settings boolean to false so it will not save future printer settings, but how do I delete the settings that are already there?

I have a conundrum. Right now, AllowMultipleInstances=false in FirefoxPortable.ini means two different things at once:

1. External invocations of Firefox, e.g. from a system-installed copy, will instead open new tabs/windows in Firefox Portable so long as Firefox Portable stays running;

2. If another version of Firefox, portable or not, is currently open, Mozilla Firefox Portable Edition will refuse to start.

When I open Firefox it usually takes a while to open and then comes up with the following message before opening.

Component returned failure message: 0x80520012 (NS_ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)
[nsIXMLHttpRequest.send]

When I open from a flash drive (I am using Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition) it hardly ever opens.

HELP!

I have the JRE on the same thumb drive as firefox portable. I was wondering if there is a way to tell firefox to look in a specific place for the jre rather than the default one.

I wanted to be able to use Portable FireFox to launch uTorrent, Foxit Reader, and other such portable apps from my drive. First I found this:

but I didn't want to put a copy of every portable app in the firefox directory so I tried a few things and came up with this
assuming:
PortableApps
-\FirefoxPortable
--\App
---\firefox
----firefox.exe
-\Foxit Reader
--foxitreader.exe

1. Open PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\App\firefox directory
2. create a text file named PDF.cmd
3. edit the file to contain
start "..\Foxit Reader\FoxitReader.exe" %1

I've experienced this a few times. I think at time Firefox doesn't shutdown properly. SO when I restart it, all my extension settings are lost. Does anybody know more about this or ways to counter act it?

The only way I can think is to make regular copies of my firefox portable! I can't live without it!!!!

Flash works fine for me. Youtube videos work. No, my problem deals with online flash games. It seem the Flash doesn't work for Flash games. So, I'm thinking that I need shockwave. If so, how would I go to get it installed? Thanks.
