Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition Test Versions are test versions of the popular Firefox web browser or test versions of the Gecko layout engine bundled with a PortableApps.com Launcher as a portable app that are being made available for testing purposes only, and are intended for web application developers and our testing community. For everyday use, please use Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition.
You can also install the latest nightly build.
The current Firefox Beta release. From Mozilla: "This is pre-release software: you may encounter compatibility problems with some websites and add-ons."
Install Note: This will install alongside a Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition installation by default in a FirefoxPortableTest directory. The installer supports upgrading existing stable installations by manually changing the install location, though this is not recommended.
Mozilla Firefox Aurora is now Firefox Developer Edition
Note that the 64-bit version below will not work on 32-bit Windows machines. PortableApps.com does not normally publish or recommend 64-bit-only portable apps as per our policies and recommendations on 64-bit portable apps. An exception is made specifically for testing of the 64-bit Firefox Nightly builds. The 64-bit build is generally not as stable or as fast as the 32-bit build. It should be noted that no stable, beta or even alpha versions of 64-bit Firefox are yet planned.
Multiprocess In Nightly: You can turn on multiprocess mode in the nightly build by setting browser.tabs.remote to true in about:config and then restarting Firefox.
Though there is no support specifically for this test release, the pages for Firefox Portable Support should help.
