Description: Google Earth is a virtual globe program.
Google Earth is a virtual globe program that was originally called Earth Viewer. It maps the earth by the superimposition of images obtained from satellite imagery, aerial photography and GIS 3D globe.
Google Earth lets you fly anywhere on Earth to view satellite imagery, maps, terrain, 3D buildings and even explore galaxies in the Sky. You can explore rich geographical content, save your toured places and share with others.
Google Earth displays satellite images of most inhabited regions of Earth, allowing users to visually see things like houses and cars from a bird's eye view. The degree of resolution available is covered in at least 15 meters per pixel and up to the highest resolution of about 15 cm (6 inches) per pixel.
Google Earth allows users to search for addresses for some countries, enter coordinates, or simply use the mouse to browse to a location.
After you download this launcher place it in the appropriate folder (ie. X:\PortableApps\GoogleEarthPortable) and then execute it. It will prompt you for the location of the googleearth on your pc from where it will copy necessary files, and your ready to go.
I also need to thank Klonk on his excellent Portable Application Template which helped me in developing launchers. You can find his template here.
You can download launcher from here:
