finally figured it out
the software your looking at is for BSD this site only does windows software at the moment but your in luck with a little digging i figured out we already have a ssh client immortalized
Putty portable which is open source and should be what your looking for we also have winscp_portable hope i understood you properly and these pieces of software are what you want

i want portable sshd - ssh server - not ssh client! i already have 10+ clients

try that if not i cant find any others i had a very promising one for a moment there till i found out it used java and if im correct java cant be portbalized
