does anyone know how to get portable shockwave for U3 firefox? I don't know of a website that shows me how

and because PortableApps dropped support for U3 a whole ago, I doubt that you'll find the answer here.

its a closed-source platform, leaves tons of stuff behind (ie not really portable) and will be replaced within the year. I guess you'll find some more reasons my going through the U3 forum and checking what John T. Haller wrote about this.
