heh,
I found this on PortableFreeware myself, and love it.
I guess it's a great idea to share this with the members of PortableApps.com

Yeah this is a great PDF
Yeah this is a great PDF Viewer and offers some free mark up ability that is compatible with acrobat. Considering Any markup from Adobe costs $ this app is definitely good. As said above it is already portbael but is anyone onterested in making a wrapper. Would be good to have this ready for when the site expands.

...
It doesn't need a wrapper/launcher.
It fits nice into the menu and doesn't leave anything behind.

True but with a wrapper I
True but with a wrapper I think a lot more users would go for it. Rather than have to explain to each user individually that it leaves no tracks etc. With the PortableApps.com brand being as established as it is, the cautious user trusts it more than if a software developer says their app is portable - eg Glary Utilities. Also to everyone else, I'm pretty sure this can do everything FoxIt Reader can and possibly more with the mark up, and the kicker is it is Truly Portable leaving behind no tracks where as Fox It does.

that's true.

This is my absolute favorite
This is my absolute favorite pdf viewer after the official Acrobat Pro!
Any progress in this turning into a PortableApps format?
Not as yet
However if more users such as yourself add their vote for this request in this thread a dev is more likely to have a look at it. Something that also might help is extolling the virtues of the app. An example from the CNET Editor's description

PDF-XCHANGE VIEWER is great
I've tried Foxit and the rest but the portable PDF-XCHANGE VIEWER allows you to do so much without installing a toolbar or paying for upgrades. Highlight, typewriter, etc. Plus you can tweak the settings to your hearts delight.
Highly recommended. (Lifehacker voted it #1 for Acrobat alternative)
