Man it would be cool to see if Microsoft Office or at least Microsoft Word Portable
if they do, do it in the 2007 version

This won't ever happen for multiple reasons. Licensing issues being first, then the fact that Word and any of the office suite is deeply tied into the operating system.
There is an alternative such as OpenOffice.org Portable as well as AbiWord Portable.
Or just google for online word processors and you'll find a heck of a lot of them (and because they're online, they're portable.
