Inkscape and updates

Hello. I would like to know why don't portable apps include inkscape, as long as some other free software that others apps suite include. I know theres license use involved, but it would be great if portable apps could have some more apps that i see in outher suites. Also, i would like to know when will portable apps have a feature to automatically update the apps and the suite itself, that would be awesome. I started using portable apps, but i found it a little limited, because i cannot had other portable apps that is not directly related with portable apps installation method. Then i tried Pstart, that had some more features then portable apps, but lacks the user friendly interface and installation. Now i'm using liberkey and Lupo pen suite, both have updates features, and liberkey makes it really easy to install their apps and lets associate other apps icons in their menu. But i really like portable apps, if only update and install other apps features would be included. Thanks for any reply.
