I sued TAudioConverter to rip some CDs in the past.
This worked perfectly.
Today I bought 2 CDs and also wanted to rip them, but TAudioConverter does not show any tracks for boths CDs.
In the tab "Ripper" the list of tracks is empty, even when I resfesh the list.
If the titles would be unknown at Freedb, then there should be at least a list of tracks.
But here the list is completely empty (no tracks).
In the file manager I see for each song a file line Track01.cda
And I am able to listen to the CD with the Windows Media Player and with VLC.
If I insert an other CD, then there are tracks shown in TAudioConverter.
What might be the problem?

If the OS can see it, apps should be able to. Bring up Explorer, and open the CD (don't click play, right-click and select Open). If the OS can't see it, try another computer.

Copy protected?
There have been some very nasty copy protection mechanisms in the past, most using a combination of error patterns, non redbook-standard file tables etc. Some ripping software had problems with that. I don't know TAudioConverter, but is there an option to change or disable error correction? That could help.
It would help, if you post which OS you use. There have been some problems with SCSI/ASPI interfaces in the past (mostly Win 2000/XP, but I encountered a similar error on my Win 8.1 system when another program did block the cd-rom drive).

I use Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1.
I have a DVD ROM and a DVD burner.
Both Audio-CDs can not be ripped in both drives, but the Windows Media Player can play them.

Try the local versions or main portable versions of the apps to eliminate our additions. Try another PC to rule out issues with your hardware and OS. There's not much more we can help you with until you do both of those things.

I use TAudioConverter portable from your site.
It is started from my internal HDD because I want to have as many applications as possible only portable (less applications installed).

I know. I meant temporarily try the unaltered app from the publisher, either their local or (if available) portable version, to rule out any affect of our packaging. And then try the app on an entirely different PC to rule out issues with your main PC's hardware, OS and software. Those are your next steps.

Unfortunately this version also is not working, so it is a matter of TAudioConverter or the disk is copy protected.

Still - copy protected? There has to be a reference on the back cover, especially in germany, to make copyright laws applicable, so normally there is some kind of hint.

I also know the artist personal and she also told me that ripping should work normally.

that we think there is a problem not specific to PA
It may be the physical disks, something to do with piracy or an issue we can just imagine. Whatever it is we aren't going to take you seriously about this until you have tried non PA versions of the Apps to eliminate the portability being an issue.
If the same issue exists with the non-portable app you know who to contact, right?
