I found a bug in an appearance in hebrew:
The drive letter (c:) should be in the most right, but instead it middle of the sentence.
Publish an image to show you.
Not mandatory to change the direction of the blue line, That will start from right to left. (instead of left to right).
I didn't see anything unusual in Hebrew. If I will see, I will update here.
I added a note in that topic so I'll see it for the 16.1.1 update I'll be posting in a few days.
I updated it so that app names are LTR in the menu regardless of language which should make it easier.
I'm working on an update for the drive name/letter listing. It looks like right now if you have a custom drive name, it sticks the drive letter in the middle. Without out (which is the default from 16.1 forward) it works correctly.
I'm going to look at the drive space slider orientation to see how easy it'll be to go RTL.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I have the rest of your changes added into 16.1.1. I wasn't able to get the string creation to properly align the drive name, so we may need to use a full string with replacements for it to work. Something like: %DRIVELETTER%%DRIVENAME%%: %FREE% of %TOTAL%

I've added Firefox and Thunderbird Hebrew builds. If you have any updates to the translation in the app, please let me know. It's in Other\Source.
Also, I added a new Hebrew landing page to make it easier to download and share. Please let me know if you have any suggestions: https://portableapps.com/he
Thanks!

Is there anything else out of place in that line?

Also not mandatory:
Because all apps name is in english anyway, don't align them to right. keep them in left near their icons.
I sadly missed this translation update for 16.1 as it wasn't in the official topic here: https://portableapps.com/node/28595
