Cornice has 6 languages now! OK, the French and the Italian language are outdated but other langs still work perfectly!
Now my question is:
Is there any volunteer who wants to update the French or the Italian language ?

You understand that I can’t say which version is better.
I am posting the complete revision. Even accents (acute/grave) have been corrected.
In main.py:145, I translated some key names:
- When they are on French keyboards: “Echap” for “Esc”, “Fin” for “End”…
- When they are easily understandable: “Début” for “Home” (also because “End” is “Fin”), “Page_Suivante” for “Pg_Down”
I left “Backspace”.
Please check: F11 in English becomes F12 in French. I don’t know which one is correct.
From #: tmp1.py:36 to 41, 52, keys are changed between English and French versions. For examples, tF3 becomes tCtrl+3, tAlt+T becomes tCtrl+T… Is that normal?

By loosing some of the special French letters, if you only mean the squares shown in your figure, I fixed them. There were four “U+2019 RIGHT SINGLE QUATATION MARK”. I changed them to “U+0027 APOSTROPHE”.
If that is the only problem, I can post again the revised version. I will wait your answer to send or to post here.

I have just uploaded a zip file.
Maybe someone can translate the still fuzzy strings in the italian file
and the portable author of cornice can make a rev2 version with all
the new languages and proper MO files.
That would be very nice now!

Yes, the author update the new langs to the source of cornice.
You can use this link from the top.
And don't forget to compile the .po files to .mo files.
The last version has only .po files inside and no other language was working!
