I did a quick test and it worked well. No traces as expected. The help is quite large, but that is by design. As stated here a new version of the help file is available.
I took a look at your launcher.ini and apart from removing the comment you could consider adding
WaitForProgram=falsesince the program seems to be designed not to leave any traces and nothing needs to be moved/cleaned up after launch.Thanks,

First, if the base app is English only, you should mark it as such.
In AppInfo.ini, you can drop the

Yes, I've been working through all of my Development Tests over the last couple of days using the validation module in Chris's very useful Development Toolkit and have also picked up on my format errors. Updates to follow as soon as I can get them uploaded.
On the 'Language' issue, there are help files/manuals in both English and Italian, so technically it could be described as Multilingual, but as these are PDF files which aren't accessed from within the program, I will be reclassifying the installer as 'English'.
