I'm seeing a couple of weird hurdles looking at their site so far. First is that I'm seeing a lot of references to toolbars and the necessity of admin privileges to run. I don't know how ingrained into the computer this actually goes such as installing browser extensions for functionality.
I guess a good question to ask is what part of this suite do you actually use?
If it's capturing/downloading/converting a Youtube video, there's DamnVid Portable. If it's audio conversion, there's fre:ac and arguably both Audacity and AIMP. For other video stuff, there's VirtualDub.
If none of those work, leave a reply and I'll see what else there is.
DamnVid doesn't work. I've tried it with youtube videos. It stucks at "in progress..."
Go over to the damnvid portable support forum with that. Sounds like it could be a major issue.
