I was thinking and it would be pretty cool if I were to setup game streaming from my Linux desktop to wherever I might be. For example, maybe I might be at a friends house and we decide to play some video games, so I could just plug in my portableapps USB with some game streaming software and start playing some games, for example.
I think making some software like that portable would be pretty cool. One project I was thinking of in particular was Moonlight (https://moonlight-stream.org/) (I think steam link would have been better since it's supported on more GPUs, but it looks like people have tried porting steam and it hasn't worked).

Sorry for taking forever to reply.
Thats not the kind of game streaming I'm talking about, I'm not talking about streaming to Twitch or Youtube.
I'm talking about (for example) software like PS Now, Google Stadia, Steam Link, etc. So having a server (my desktop, in my case) handle all the calculations, rendering, etc, and display it on another computer (phone, PC, whatever), and being able to control the game from that computer, with very low latency.
Sounds cool. I have not seen anything like it. Only programs like ChocOrange sent

https://moonlight-stream.org/ already has a portable release https://github.com/moonlight-stream/moonlight-qt/releases that you can use.
If you want to request a PortableApps.com version you should probably post in the request apps forum.
Thanks for telling me, I'll go request it in the other forum. As in that case it shouldn't be hard to port to portableapps seeing as there is already a portable version (+ it's open source)
