Firefox portable 68.10 ESR is available to download on here but not Firefox ESR 68.11 and ESR 68.12.
Is there a different link to download those two versions?

Incredibly, it is not possible to import passwords from a pre-Quantum profile into a modern Firefox profile.
The latest version that can import them is Firefox 68.12 ESR.
It is then possible to export them to modern Firefox from Firefox 68.12 ESR, so you can see why having Firefox 68.12 ESR on the system is important.
If this a valid reason for adding this version to the collection of downloads, I hope you consider it.
I may introduce a Legacy68 version alongside the legacy 52 and 45 variants.
Side note: Remember that ESR is not intended for end users. It's for large organizations. As such, we supply the portable ESR version for those users and the developers that support them to be able to test websites and extensions against. End users wanting to preserve passwords in a situation like this should use Firefox Sync.
