I'm new here and miss the newest Thunderbird 91.9.1.
This newest version is already possible over the Thunderbird Update Process.
But I would prefer to make the update direct via PortableApps. Unfortunately there is
no 91.9.1 available yet.
So, how long takes it normally to have an update here too?

You can track and report outdated apps in the Outdated Apps Thread: https://portableapps.com/development/outdated
It's linked from the Development and Support sections and there a link to it in the note at the top of the page when creating a new forum topic. From that thread, you'll see that it is built and mirroring to the download network now.
It's usually built within about 24hrs but there was some delay to fix a Firefox and Thunderbird issue with files being left behind. This was finished earlier today and the uploading is continuing. It takes a bit to upload 8GB for each release.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
