I don't see any such link on our site

I think, NorbertK refers to the link on the support-page here. This one ponts to a 404-page.
The description is outdated. I cannot recall, how I installed ffmpeg on my setup, because I have somehow mixed some things up after my system drive died this spring. I think, I still use old ffmpeg-builds - 32bit is from 2015 and 64bit from 2021 (the one in the link, NobertK provided) It still works flawlessly (I actually didn't check for 32bit ).
There is a new ffmpeg 5.0 version for Audacity 3.2 and up: https://lame.buanzo.org/#lamewindl but you have to install both packages (32 an 64bit) to the corresponding folders inside your Portable setup manually.
Ah, yes. Looks like they changed the instructions page as well as changing the download type (it's a zip with installer EXEs inside). I'll come up with an easier to use method.

Sorry for the oversight
Many thanks and best regards,

To make adding it easier, I've made it a plugin. You can find it here: https://portableapps.com/apps/music_video/audacity_portable#app-notes
This is also now linked from the Audacity Portable homepage.
