I high-speed coded a little and simple proggi to manage the splash screens (set them on or off, single or all together) for my private use and decide to post it here.

i have the 1.1 beta 4. the wallpaper changer does not work properly, the background just displays a grey(whichever is my default desktop colour).

also i cannot find the portableapps menu.ini file in order to change the values so the window stays open when you click off it and etc.

I've almost completed the 7-Zip Portable update which required changes to the launcher, installer... pretty much everything... as the last time it was updated was before we even began using PortableApps.com Installers (and it required a quick 30 lines to remove the files that get removed from the last version to ensure in-place upgrades). I've got about 30 minutes of work on it (mainly final testing across OSes, packaging, releasing and announcing), but I'm fading too quickly to complete it tonight. I'll have it up tomorrow as a release, though.
