I have used portable apps before from this website before. But recently discovered what the PortableApps.com Platform is. Well I was amazed to see how it can benefit me (and make me cool ) but at the same time dissapointed to see some features not implemented yet.

Any "Start Menu" of today needs some features that are useful to any user. Some of which I can find are listed here. You are also welcome to add to the list!

It supports Java SE only for now. JDK (1.6 Update 26) is included.

• Notes' exchange between computers on local network (disabled by default). All exchange related settings and contacts management are at Preferences->Network. If you want to enable exchange, you have to permit network access to the program in your firewall rules. Sending notes - right click on note, "Send Via Network" and choose contact to send. You may also send to multiple contacts by choosing "Send Via Network"-->"Select Contacts"
