But just to be safe, install it anyway. All your data should remain intact.

I´m already use normal version, and its great. But i have problem with portable version. It don´t remember where the database is located, so every time i must show it way to it. May be I am doing something wrong, but I can´t discover where. When I delete portable version and install standard, everything work normal.

here?
I think that fixes your problem.

Tools, Options, Advanced. Turn on "Automatically open last used database on startup".

Mind you, this option will probably not work when you get a different drive letter. That is probably why the option is off by default on the Portable version.

It even works with changing drive letters.
Otherwise John wouldn't mention the option so loudly as a "Helpful Tip".
And I checked the Launcher sourcecode and used it several times with several driveletters. Its such a handy feature

Well for starters, it gives this app exposure to more people. Also, because it's "PortableApps.com" co-branded now, people can trust that it is tested and works portably as advertised, rather than just having to try a bunch of password managers and find out for themselves which one works best.
