On the new Beta 11 of Portable apps I tried updating 3 times via check updates each time errored out unable to download. Successfully downloaded ala carte with no issues

It was downloading, but the MD5 was wrong in the database. Should be working now. Sorry about that.

Release Notes?
Does anyone know where I can find release notes on this. It seems like the link above to learn more about this app sends me to a page that hasn't been updated for awhile.

Indeed - ToDoList's dev updates the version on CodeProject first, and the AbstractSpoon homepage only gets updated later (if you want the current version, you go to CodeProject). Though that really applies to the download - the text on AbstractSpoon hasn't been updated in ages.

As of the previous comment you replied to, ToDoList was up to date. It seems that it is out of date at the present moment, so a new version is being built.
In the future, if you notice an app is out of date, just let us know here:
