i want to know, if is possible to install the firefox a second one or is it possible to use 2 profiles ???
I need this because i was in two different networks.

It is one thing to enable running two instances of Firefox at the same time. It is another to have to completely separate installations. The issue for me is simply how it is shown in the PortableApps Menu to avoid confusion.

If you want two installed firefoxes, then you need to recompile the menu or use a mod.
Your choices for a menu mod are
geek menu
and the PAM Mod r31
Or, ASuite- which I use currently.
For geek menu and PAMMod, right click and change the application label.
For ASuite, it gets a little more complicated- let me know if you use and I'll give you some hints.
