Toucan 3 Translations

So the time has come again when I am looking for updates to the Toucan translations. The thread here details how to update an existing translation or create a new one. The pre-release which includes the latest translations can be found here.

If you could post here to claim an update or to start a new translation that would help. Then anyone else can wait and see and update yours if necessary, it reduces duplicate effort
