[not solved] - libreoffice or jportable fault - unsure which

I originally posted this at the following link.

https://portableapps.com/node/32172

After some experimentation moving previous installs in and out of the portable apps folder of both LibreOffice and jportable I am unable to find a solution.

I didn't know how to move the original post so I have linked to it within the body of this post,

Thanks,

Hugh

confirmation

Thanks for the confirmation.

Yes, once the wizard is run - table wizard in base for example - all becomes unwell. Libreoffice describes java as being installed but defective.

Thanks,
Hugh

all versions defctive

checked on w7 too, tried to point it to the local 7/4 java, but also this is not accepted by LO.

On the stick tried both the 6/31 and 7/4, and both are said defective by LO.

Also 6/31 local on one XP is said defective.

It seems that LO does not work with any current java at all.
