Can anyone recommend a way for me to sync all my Apps with my multitude of devices? Specifically, a corporate PC that blocks Dropbox and Google Drive and sync it with two more home PC's that I have? Should I sync via USB or cloud? Any advice would be appreciated...Thanks.

Since you have to deal with a computer that is locked down administratively, the best option would be to have a file syncing program and a USB drive. There are a couple file syncing programs in the app directory such as DSynchronize and FreeFileSync. Hope this helps.
