Didn't Know
I didn't know it was released. GIMP has now Twitter, or similar feed we can follow. And the RSS feed for their blog broke over a year ago, making their 'news' blog is useless unless you visit it every day. So we rely on people to let us know in the Outdated thread here: https://portableapps.com/development/outdated
You can find that thread via the Development link in the site in the future.
Now that we know about it, I'll package it today.

It looks like they mentioned it on G+. Different way to announce it, but at least they've announced it.
