I realized that dotNETInspector has not received any updates for more than 10 years, and the last most updated version of .NET Framework that allows verification is 4.5 (we are currently on v 4.8.1) 
As is usually done in those apps that no longer have support (example), I think a notice should be placed.

I'm the original developer of dotNETInspector (hi!). I know there are a few .NET versions since my last update in I think 2014. I've been intending to update it ever since then, but other priorities have gotten in the way for most of the years since.
I can definitely say my intentions still stand, but I haven't used the language it was written in (C++) since 2014 or 15 and have no interest picking it up again, so it would need to be rewritten from scratch in one of the languages I do frequently use if/when I get to it. I remember starting a rewrite a few years ago in Python, but that got interrupted by some bad jobs and then a war. Even the website no longer exists because I couldn't afford to keep it running last year.
So yeah, probably worth throwing a discontinued on it.

Hopefully one day you can update this project, since it is a popular freeware app among Google results 
.NET detection is now built into the platform so it can manage apps that require it. The basics are shown within the About window: https://i.imgur.com/DBNpoMa.png
I didn't bother with displaying service packs, etc as Windows automatically updates it and .NET is in a very different state from 10 years ago.
