Running SuSE 9.2. Installed Thunderbird Portable 2.0.0.5 onto a Windows USB stick. Mounted the USB stick onto /dev/sda1, then attempted to run "wine ThunderbirdPortable.exe". This produced the following error messages:

It looks like oleaut32.dll is missing (which indeed it is).
What do I do now?

Aha! Methinks you have hit the nail on the head, John. SuSE says it is an ALPHA version, version # 20040813-7. If that's a date in the version number, it's very old. I tried online updating, but the only updated versions I could find were for SuSE 9.3 and later. I must follow this up.
