A new version of Google Chrome Portable Stable has been released. Google Chrome Portable is a web browser that runs web pages and applications quickly. The latest Beta and Dev builds are also available. It's packaged as a portable app, so you can take your browsing experience with you and it's in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. It's partially open source freeware for personal and business use.

A new version of McAfee Stinger Portable has been released. McAfee Stinger removes 6,000 common viruses and 'fake alert' malware on-demand. It is not a replacement for a full antivirus, but handy in many situations. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. McAfee Stinger is freeware for business and personal use.

This release fixes an issue with Foxit's AddOn folder being left behind. PortableApps.com and The Document Foundation are proud to announce the release of LibreOffice Portable Still 6.1.5. LibreOffice Portable is a full-featured office suite -- including a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation tool, drawing package and database -- packaged as a portable app, so you can take all your documents and office suite wherever you go. The Still version is the older branch of LibreOffice maintained with bug fixes. It's recommended that most users use LibreOffice Portable Fresh. And it's open source and completely free.

This release updates to the latest version and fixes an issue preventing manual language selection.
