urgent, because no working desktop clock/timer, because of a bug?
need help by searching a... or resolving an issue with FreeAlarmClock portable, see my other thread:
anyone an idea for a portable desktop clock with alarm clock or tea timer?

Hello I installed Thunderbird/portable im my dropbox folder ---- which introduced some sync'ing issue

It seems that dropbox was rename some of the files with the "confliced tag" ---- is the a "best way" to handle this?

Hello --- I found help on moving the settings in my local copy of thunderbird to copy the files in

C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Thunderbird\profiles\default.???

to the data\profile directory in the portable install, but in in local profile folder I have folder

4w3dblax.default
tomf0853.default-esr

which one of these directories would be default.???

main issue/goal is to save you traffic, user disc space and missing feature in rss guard...
read here something about (possible problems) with rss reader in cloud.
would prefer an online feedreader to avoid problems.

I have implemented PortableApps as the IT Toolkit at my job, allowing us (Me and my IT coworkers) to use some installers and diagnostic tools really easily. The one issue I have ran into is for some reason, the PortableApps Launcher takes anywhere from 15-60 seconds to load, and possibly even slower on some of our older PCs. It seems to be loading the list of Apps we have on the drive.

Link on Apps page under Office -> Kanri Portable goes to the Joplin page. Other link correct, (from Kanri 0.7.1 in the NEW APP section of the home page), and was able to D/L Kanri and installed via PAF file.
Auto Update fails for Kanri 0.8.0 as well as Maxthon 7.2.2.6000.

Please advise.

good move!
the usability was quite shrinked. said long nothing, as didn't wanted to bother you, but as you said freezes, slow down and crashes were result of the vid ads. i make my fav tec site provide my port apps and get it there to save traffic.
maybe a simple banner in header saying
1st line: no ads november
2nd line: please donate here if you like it, to help stay adfree.
no idea how to link that, it's on you john.
2nd idea for now or future:
set an amount needed and let it grow as a graph, i mean the incomming donations.
