Post Your PAM Themes - Posts Only No Discussion

Since the other PAM Themes Forum is really getting out of hand, I propose this.
1. Post only a line or two about your theme\themes.
2. To avoid multiple posts if you have multiple themes, link to a page listing your themes.
3. NO REPLIES, this will allow the authors to come back and edit their posts when they update or add themes.
4. If you must comment use the Post Your PAM Themes Comments Forum again to keep this one manageable.
5. Try to keep your posts to only 2 or 3 lines so the thread doesn't get unnecessarily lengthy.

For applications that need fixed drive letter

I found a work around for applications that need a drive letter.
Copy subst.exe from windows\system32 to your flash drive.
create a batch file with the following command.
subst.exe P: \
drive letter P: will be assigned to the flash drive you ran subst.exe from.
Now your flash drive will always have the same drive letter.
And yes this means it will actually have 2 drive letters, but P: will always be constant, it won't change.

when your done
run subst.exe /d P: to delete the drive letter, you can put this in a batch file as well.

How to stop keyloggers?

Submitted by gheorg53 on April 2, 2007 - 1:20pm

Hello,

I need a good software tool to stop keyloggers. I searched on Google and found an overwhelming offer, some free and some paid; but I am interested in your personal suggestions, something that you use and are satisfied with! Smile Also many anti spyware tools that I've found are basing on a signature database, and might not work with custom home made keyloggers or spware. Anyone knows a tool that blocks keyloggers and spyware without using a signature database?

PortableApps Suite does not install

Submitted by drikayar on April 1, 2007 - 8:02pm

Hi Guys!

I have been trying to install the PortableApps Suite (Lite and Standard) but the software does not get installed! Instead, it display the following message 'PortableApps_Suite_Standard_1.0.exe is not supported archive'

Does anyone know how to fix this bug... I have already downloaded and installed a PortableApps Suite patch but the problem persists...

Thanks!
