I made this just recently for portable apps, it's based off one of the other apps' source code. So, technically I didn't make it fully, I just modified another one.
If you check the source you'll find some lines from the other program still commented out.

It seems to work without any problems, tested it on only 3 computers as of now, 1 with synergy installed, 2 without it.
