Notepad++ Portable

I have created a Notepad++ launcher.

OK, I know Notepad++ itself is portable, but I have some good reasons to make a launcher.

1. It makes it in the PAF format.
2. It keeps it from saving the history.

Edit: Updated to version 4.1.2

Edit2: Could a mod lock this topic please, now that I have started a new topic.

PortaInstall (formerly known as Portable App Installer) is a program that downloads and installs portable applications for you.

Version 1.0 Beta 1.2.8 introduced support for the PortableApps.com Installer format.
Version 1.0 Beta 1.2.9 It also uses 7zG.exe instead of 7z.exe for a better user experience.

In v1.0 Beta 1.3.2 it allows for proxys, easy selection of non-removable drives, and asks the user to select at least one program.

Please comment.

Procedure for beta testing non opensource apps?

Submitted by thornsoft on May 2, 2007 - 5:10pm

Hypothetically speaking, if someone were to develop a commercial or shareware app, and developed it so that it would install and run on the PortableApps platform, how would he go about getting it tested?
I understand that he cannot mention the product in this forum, nor can he provide links, nor can he invite people to contact him on back channels for information on how/where to download the app to be tested.

The forum guidelines state that "ANY developers may post beta testing notices here whether their apps are hosted by PortableApps.com"
