Testing of beta versions of apps before public release.

4 PDF Utilities: jPDF Tweak, PDF Scissors, PDF Droplet, and PDFsam

I'm not completely clear on current procedures, as I've seen documentation referencing the "Test Releases" page and the "Apps Ready for Official Release" page, but the former page appears to show releases that have been stuck in queue for over 5 years and the later page even longer. Even some apps posted in this forum seem to have gone 5+ years without response.

Thunderbird Portable Launcher folderCache.json Test Fix

Seems we're missing portablization of a file within the Thunderbird Portable profile. Specifically, folderCache.json which looks like it's for recent folders. I've put together a test fix for people to try before the next Thunderbird Portable release. Please give it a try and let me know if it's working as expected for you.

I built this test version of Inkscape Portable 1.3 to test out 32-bit plus 64-bit dual mode along with the option to not install the 32-bit variant. Please test and report back how it works for you.
